Today activites!

Today I did activites of workbook because I wasn't finished the unit 8 yesterday and today I did finish .

Unit 1 Our town

Alex and Becky are in Oxford. Alex's cousin is visiting from London. The girls meet him at the bus station. They take Steven round Oxford, but they seem more interested in the shops! Steven would prefer to go to a music shop but Becky buys a T-shirt in a clothes shop. Alex borrows 5 pounds from Steven to help pay for the T-shirt

Cris - Yes is a good idea

Cris - I'm not sure .It's expensive .
Gemma - Why don't we look in another shop?
Cris - Yeah

Melon cubes

Yes , these are watermelons!! They were grown in glass boxes . They are easier to carry than round melons , but more expensive!!

London cyclists

This extreme cyclist is one of the 65,00 people who took part in the " Mayor of London's Skyride" London , in September. London isn't ideal for cyclists . So for the event , the roads were closed to cars so that Maybe this man wanted to see into the Queen's bedroom as he cycled past Buckingham Palace !

A biography of a famous person

Roger Federer Roger Federer is a Swiss tennis player . He was born on 8th of August, 1981 , in Basilea (Switzerland ). He stared playing and practicing tennis in All Tennis Club.

When he was young he was champion of a lot of locals tournaments. Roger Federer is the best tennis player of the world he's the number one in the ranking . He was won a lot of big slams ( Roland Garros , Wimbledon , USA Open , Australia Open ...)

Now Roger Federer has bought a big house in Dubai City but he has lots of championships and he dosen't stay much in his house.

His hobbies are playing cards , criket , table tennis and sunbathing.
