Global warming is already under way. The evidence is vast and the urgency of taking action becomes clearer with every new scientific study. Some of the most obvious signs are visible in the Arctic, where rising temperatures and melting ice are dramatically changing the region’s unique landscapes and wildlife—as well as people’s lives and livelihoods. Across the globe, other early warning signs include melting glaciers, shifting ranges of plants and animals, and the earlier onset of spring.

I remember last Christmas with my family wleven month ago. It was amazing and memorable day.

First, all of my family came to our house. At 3 o'clock we had a special lunch, after that at fice o'cloc we opened the Santa Clause presents and we made the "Caga Tio", a Catalan's tradition.

There were a lot of presents and everybody was very happy. Finally, we read the Christmas poems, we saw a film, we had dinner and all family went to their houses about eleven o'clock.

There were about fifteen people in the Christmas lunch. I remember my little cousin Ramon he was very scaried of the Christmas tree. It was really fun day and I felt very well because there was all my family together in my house.

Here we are in my ideal home. It’s a chalet opposite of the beach in Santa Barbara, California. It’s very big, but sometimes is difficult to clean. It’s got 7 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms , a big kitchen , a playroom , a beautiful hall , an incredible dining room and a living room . The dining room has got a big old lamp and a beautiful piano and I play it every day.

On an ideal morning in my ideal home we’re all here. My mum and dad are eating the breakfast outside in the wonderful garden. My brother is surfing on the sea. I’m in the living room watching a film with my friends.

I like the garden because it has a big pole and a lot of beautiful plants. My favourite room is my bedroom because it has a large wardrobe, a desk with my computer and a lot of photos, books and posters on the wall I can relax and chatting with my friends in it.

1. What's the best activity for me to improve?

I think the best activity for improve is going to be always the oral presentation. I learn to explain my ideas, and to practice my pronounce and also we have the video.

2. What's my favorite activity? Why?

My favorite activity is the dialog. Because I made it with my friends, we did the phrases and after the text we recorded it and we add to the blog. I think its funny to hear you talking English with a situation. And you can check you errors.

Hello we are Gemma and Cristina and this is our presentation about: THE ROYAL FAMILY. And the last Royal Wedding few weeks ago of William and Kate. The futures kings of England.
Sometimes learn about the history of another country can be bored, but it's more easy and funny to learn with videos, photos and funny moments of their life.
First we are going to talking about the royal family.
Second we are going to explain and talk about the parents of William.
After William and Kate love story.
And finally the last Royal Wedding!

ROYAL FAMILY:
The British Royal Family is the group of close relatives of the monarch of the United Kingdom.
Now, the royal family belonging to Queen Elizabeth, her children's, her grandchildren and their partners.

ELISABETH II:
Elizabeth Alexandra Mary, she was born in 21 April of 1926 is the constitutional monarch of sixteen independent states. She is the Supreme Governor of the Church of England.
Her father was George IV, he was the second son of George V and her mother was Elizabeth Rowes-Lyon, she was came from the Scottish nobility. She had a sister, Princess Margaret.
On 9 July of 1947 announces, the engagement between Elizabeth and Philip Mountbatten. They married on November 20, of 1947 in Westminster Abbey.
On February 6, her father died and she was coroneted queen.
Elisabeth and Philip had 4 sons. 3 boys Prince Charles the successor, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward and 1 girl, Princess Anne.

CHARLES AND LADY DI:
A lot of people stayed in the streets in London of the they of the wedding of the Prince Charles and Lady Diana.
They married in St Paul's Cathedral on 29th July in 1981, it was watched for 750 million TV audience.
Charles was thirty-two years old of the word said it was a "fairytale wedding" and the "wedding of the century"!!

William and Harry:
One year later, was born Prince William the successor. He was born on 21th June of 1982.
After arrived the second son the Prince Harry, he was born on 15th Septembrer of 1984.

Now William is 28 years old and Harry is 26 years old.

Prince Charles and Lady Diana divorce:
Between Prince Charles and Lady Di wasn't much love, the prince was older, and a lot of people said he love Camilla.
After 15 years together, they finally divorced on 28th August in 1996.

Lady Di was died:
In 31 of 1997, Lady Di died in a car accident in Paris.
With her also killed her boyfriend Dodi Al-Fayed.
The car was very fast because wanted leave to paparazzi and also the driver was drunk.
There are rumors they say the accident was caused, but never could prove.
They also say Diana was pregnant.

Charles and Camila:
After the died of Diana, Charles got married with Camilla.

KATE AND WILLIAM:

Love story:
Kate is not from the commode family, they parents became millionarie selling party accessories on the internet. And they were able to pay for Kate to go to the best British schools. She went to St. Andrew University where she could meet Prince William.
They lived together for eight years before they got married. Finally the prince ask to marry with her, in a trip in Africa.

Wedding:
On 29 April 2011 at Westminster Abbey in London Prince William and Kate Middleton got married.
The wedding was watching for two billion people in all the world. The day of the wedding was a public holiday in United Kingdom.
Kate wore a white dress by British designer. William wore the uniform of his honorary rank of Coronel.
The cost of the wedding was reportedly 20 millions of pounds.

PERSONAL OPINION:
We think the Kate and William they have a true love. But Lady Di and Charles didn't love, only married for money and to have succession on the throne. The kiss of Kate and William demonstrated they love in all the world.

Concert of Justin Bieber in Barcelona

Today, on 6th of April it's going to be the concert of Justin Bieber in Barcelona. He's going to sing in the Palau St.Jordi for a thousands of fans. Yesterday he sang in Madrid. Justin and his dancers, managers, teachers, his mom... are doing the World Tour, it started in the 4th of March in England and it's going to finish in the final of May or the beginig of June. He had to sing in Japan but it was canceled for the tsunami, but Justin collected money for Japan, and he helped the this country.He was disapponted when he knew he couldn't sang in there. I'm going to his concert I think it will be great, I'm very nervous.

On the 29th of April is going to take place the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

I was very nervous because I was the first person to did the oral. But I looked to the audience and I didn't read a lot, because the oral was about my favorite singer and all of the things I knew before.

A brave rescue

The rescue happened while we were on holidays in Canda the last August. We were eating a pizza in a restaurant, when we heard and explosion into the restaurant. The police and the fire-fitghters came very quickly to see what happened. THe people were very scared because we didn't know what caused the explosion . the police took the people out of the restaurant and they calmed us. The fire-fighters entered in and they saw a large fire ont he kitchen. They extinguished the fire. This was caused by the oven , FIfteen minuts later all came at the normally. Nobody was hurt. But it was a dangerous experience.

A famous person

Justin Bieber was born in London, Otantario, Canada in 1st of March, 1992. He grew up with his mother in Strangford, Canada because his parents were divorced. Their family was poor and he paid the trip to Disney playing the guitar on the streets. He learned to play the drums, piano, guitar and the trumped himself. When he was twelve he won the second position in a music competition on this town. After his mother add to youtube some videos of Justin singing, buyt only for his friedns and family. These had a 10 millions of visits only in seven month. A productor saw the videos and he contacted to Justin for a talk because he had a great voice and a good talent. Few months later he signed the cotracted with Usher.
